Prior to getting into Commercial Real Estate, Juliet focused on the residential side of the business for several years, which she now uses to help corporations moving to South Bay with employee relocation.
Prior to that, she was an accountant for over 20 years working on high net worth accounts in the aerospace, university, and entertainment industries, making her an invaluable asset to investment firms, institutional investors, hotel owners, and private equity groups looking to maximize NOI and minimize risk. Cartolano is a NCREA certified National Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist, and a Certified International Property Specialist, who brings a wealth of knowledge and investment strategy to every transaction.
